学生は静岡を知らず、静岡は学生を知らない。
この、「知らない」という現象を放置することは、
将来の静岡の可能性を大きく削ぐことになるのではないだろうか…。
これを問題に感じ、2006年に活動開始。
学生に、大人達に、地域社会に様々な事を知らせることで、静岡の活性化を目指す。
現在、学生による学生のための情報誌｢静岡時代｣の発行を中心に活動中。
静岡県内の大学を中心に年4回配本している。

Students dont know Shizuoka; Shizuoka doesnt know its students.
Breaking down this wall of ignorance will improve the future of Shizuoka. Recognizing this need, GENTEN was started in 2006 with the aim to improve the life in Shizuoka by providing information to students and adults. A students-by-students information magazine "Shizuoka Jidai" is published 4 times a year and distributed at universities within Shizuoka and other locations.
