icnとは、国内外のレベルの高いクリエーターと、静岡地域並びに日本全国の企業とのビジネスマッチングを推進するために、しずおかコンテンツバレー推進コンソーシアム（SCV）が構築した、クリエイティブ・コミュニティ・ウェブサイトです。
このサイトは、全世界のクリエーターにネットワークを張り巡らし、新たなコンテンツビジネスや新製品・新サービスの創造を目指す企業と、レベルの高いクリエーター達とを結びつけ、グローバルなクリエイティブ・コラボレーションを実現することを目指しています。
ビジネス・マッチング
icnは、高い技術を持つ登録企業と、自由な発想、クリエイティブな感性を持つ登録クリエーターとのコラボレーションをお手伝いします。SCVのコーディネートにより、地域産業を活性化する新しい商品やサービスを生み出すことを目的としています。ビジネスレベルで安心してお取引できるクオリティを保つため、icnには審査を通過したクリエーター、企業のみが登録されています。
ポートフォリオの提供
登録クリエーター（登録無料／要審査）には、50MBの無料ポートフォリオが提供されます。大容量ですので、写真・イラストはもちろん、サウンドやアニメーションなどもアップすることができます。またアップした作品は自動でポートフォリオ内の作品一覧へ反映されるため、オリジナルギャラリーとして自分の作品をアピールすることができます。作品1点1点にコメントをつける事も、1度入力したプロフィールや作品コメントを編集する事も可能です。

icn is a creative community web site organized and produced by the Shizuoka Contents Valley Consortium (SCV). icn acts as a showcase, directory, and matchmaker for artists and creators worldwide with business enterprises in Shizuoka and Japan.
The aim of icn is to promote international collaborations between high-level creative talents from a variety of disciplines with enterprises intending to develop new business, create and produce products, services or other contents through use of the site and the extensive creative network.
BUSINESS MATCHING
icn will help in the collaborative process between businesses with high-level skills and technologies and highly-talented and imaginative creators from across the globe (this service is free for registered creatives). Through this introduction service, and with continued promotional and coordination planning, our aim is to help local companies to develop new products or services produced with international artists and creators. When registering with icn, businesses and creators will need to pass SCV's approval process, ensuring high standards and sufficient professional levels of quality.
WEB PORTFOLIO SPACE
Upon application and SCV-approved registration at the site, creatives included in the icn network will receive 50MB of web portfolio space for free. In addition to photographs and illustrations, sound, movie and animation files (on request, creators may be allocated additional portfolio space with provisions made for uploading larger file sizes) can be uploaded. The uploaded files are automatically presented within a portfolio space that can act as your own virtual gallery. Detailed information and descriptions can also be added for each work as well as profile editing functions.
