Misa Harada

After graduating from the Royal College of Art in 1994, Misa Harada went on to work with British royal-appointed milliner, Frederick Fox. In 1998, she established her own label “misaharada”, soon after her work gained strong reputation as she created a veil for Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston‘s wedding, hats for Janet Jackson’s “All for you” world tour, she also created hats featured in “Sex and the City”, “Ally McBeal” series. Misa Harada has many loyal folioing among style icons and cerebrates such as Jennifer Lopez, Mickey Rourke, Christina Aguilera, Mandy Moore, Britney Spears and Maria Sharapova. She has worked with internationally established fashion houses and renowned designers include Hermes, Missoni, Bora Aksu, Yohji Yamamoto, Thierry Mugler, Owen Gaster and Reem. In 2005, she launched her men’s range “him | misaharada”. She has been on several TV programmes  “Top runner” (NHK), “Jo-netsu tairiku” (TBS) then in 2005, she published her first book “Do without questioning – at the drop of a hat!” (WAVE publication).
