Kouichi Okamoto
Born in 1970in Shizuoka, Japan. Released sound source work with Dutch techno label X-trax in 1997. Established Kyouei Design in 2006. With popular products such as ballon lamp and liquid bookmark, Kyouei Design products are now available in over 30 countries at design shops, stores and museums. He had a solo exhibition at Pola Annex Museum (Tokyo) in 2012 and has also exhibited and performed his works “musical table” and “lighting chair” at London’s V&A museum. He is active across genres from art and music to design.

Yuri Suzuki
Sound Artist/Designer. Born in Tokyo, Japan 1980. Lives in London.
After working with Japanese art unit Maywa Denki, through an overseas program for artists by the Japan Agency for Cultural Affairs, Suzuki moved to London in 2006 to study at the Royal College of Art. Creating works based on the theme of sound and technology, he is currently working as a sound artist and product designer. Recent projects include “Juke Box meets Tate Britain” (Tate Britain, London; 2013-14), “Garden of Russolo” (Victoria and Albert Museum, London; 2013), and “Ishin-Den-Shin for Disney Research” (2013). His works Color Chaser and Ototo will be included in the MoMA collection (2014)
